What this site is

This site describes the services and components offered by Tower Performance LLC. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a binding commitment. Prices, availability, lead times, manufacturer lines and technical specifications change, and they are confirmed only in a written quotation for your specific tower and application.

Technical content is general, not engineering advice

The glossary, component descriptions and service explanations on this site are published to be genuinely useful, but they are general reference material. Cooling tower work depends on the specific tower, its water chemistry, its structural condition, its duty and the site around it.

Do not use this website as the basis for a design, repair, material selection or safety decision. Component performance figures quoted here originate with the manufacturers concerned and are subject to their own specifications and tolerances. For a decision that matters, ask us to inspect and evaluate the tower; that is what inspections and engineering is for.

Manufacturer names and trademarks

We name manufacturers and their product lines throughout this site so that a maintenance engineer can find the right component. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Tower Performance LLC is an independent service company. Naming a manufacturer indicates that we service that equipment or can supply components for it. It does not mean we are affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by or an authorized representative of that manufacturer, unless we say so explicitly and in writing.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site are owned by Tower Performance LLC. The photographs are our own field documentation of our own work. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to link to any page here, and you may quote short passages with attribution.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through our forms
• Use our forms or email addresses to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its database or its server
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the content or the glossary
• Interfere with the site's operation or with other people's use of it

What you send us

If you send us information about your tower (descriptions, model numbers, photographs, drawings) you confirm you are entitled to share it, and you allow us to use it to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation. We will not publish it, use it as a case study or name your site publicly without asking you first.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. If a tower is down, do not rely on the website; call (713) 643-0691.

Where we link to another organization, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tower Performance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general content. This does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed contract or accepted quotation, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
